Over 100 Wii Ware Games in Development Still only 512 Megs to Store Them
IGN posted a new interview with Nintendo on Wii ware…. It looks identical to every old interview you’ve ever seen.
IGN: We recently had to delete half the games and Channels on our systems to make room for two WiiWare titles. Lack of storage space has become a huge problem. What’re your thoughts on this issue? Will Nintendo address it soon?
Tom Prata: Consumers have the option of either deleting the game and downloading it again for no additional Wii Points, or transferring the game from Wii to external SD memory card.

Guitar Hero on Your DS
It was annonced quite a while ago that guitar hero was coming for the ds. Surprisingly enough it’s not just another cheap port like the cell phone version, though it looks like it will be just as uncomfortable. The multi player looks like it could be even more fun than the console version. Watch the video to see how its done. Wiggle Wiggle Wiggle.

Netflix Set Top Box
Netflix has had digital distribution for a while now. The problem is that it isn’t very good. Currently you have to hook you PC up to your TV and stream them. The quality of the streams are actually quite good. The problem really lies in the method of connecting and the poor selection of titles.
The selection of movies to stream is seriously horrible. They are movies that you probably wouldn’t buy out of the bargain bin at Walmart. As the service grows I see this becoming less and less of a problem. More users of the service shows Netfilx that users care about it.
How do you get more users? Simple. Make a relatively cheap and easier way to accomplish the same task. Enter the set top box. For a mere 99$ you will be able to enter the age of digital distubution of lackluster titles until the services improves.
Even though it’s cheap is it still worth it given there aren’t many movies to watch? I’d say that it depends. If you have cable service with on demand I wouldn’t be able to justify it. If you a DirecTV person it may b e up you alley. Fact is Netflix know that digital distrubution is going to be the future and if they don’t get something out early in the game they may never be able to enter the market.

Red Alert 3 Trailer
Horray for shinier water and nostalgic music. Westwood hasn’t failed on delivering a great RTS yet and if this trailer is any indication they have another winner.
